42nd Creampie Stories: Creampie Bondage
I shifted in my seat, very uncomfortable with the looks Madam Snake was giving me. I wanted to glance over to Shawna, my wife, but I was too chicken.
“I warn you,” she was saying, “that getting what you ask for is painful.” She gave us a tight smile, indicating that the thought of making things painful for us was pleasant to her. “These are forms asking you to list what two things you would like me to consider as activities when we meet next week.” She slid the forms to the opposite corners of her desk, so that Shawna and I couldn’t peek at each other’s.
On mine I wrote, “I am interested in being restrained”, then paused. I had a fantasy involving watching my wife with another man, but I wasn’t sure I wanted to see it really come true. I felt my dick get hard, and went ahead and wrote “I would like to watch my wife with someone else”. There was another part of the form where I was to indicate things I would refuse to do, and there I wrote “serious pain or cutting.” Then I signed it where it indicated, and slid it back to her.
